When will my order ship?
IN-STOCK ITEMS
In-Stock items ship in 5-10 business days depending on order volume. Unless purchased in conjunction with pre-orders. In which case all products will ship together once they are all in-stock!
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders will ship on the date(s) listed in each product description. If you purchased two or more pre-order products together, all products
will ship together once they are all in-stock!
MADE TO ORDER (Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Mugs, etc.)
Made-to-order items will ship SEPARATELY from in-stock items and pre-orders after production is completed by our
printing partner. On average it takes 5-7 business days. Average shipping times are 5-7
business days for US bound orders and 14+ business days for international orders.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Make sure your address is CORRECT. If you notice a mistake with your
address, please message us ASAP with the correct address. We are not responsible for lost packages due an to incorrect address being
provided.
*Business days do NOT include weekends nor national holidays.*
I have issues with my order, can you help me?
Please send us an email. If your item arrived damaged include at least 3 photos where we can clearly see the damage, we'll replace your item!
Oops! I've mailed my package to the wrong address!
I'm terrible sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the checkout system is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify me within 24 hours so I can change it on the shipping label. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If by any chance the package gets sent back to me I will reachout to you.
I need to change my mailing address!
If for whatever reasons you need to change your delivery address. Please contact us
ASAP the faster the better. Any changes to shipping address must be send to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Just send us a quick email indicating you need to change the address and include the new address on the email along with your order number. We will confirm with you the new address. In case the package has already shipped we are unable to change the address!
Lost or stolen package?
When we ship your products, you will receive a tracking number*. Once your package is shipped by delivery company it's the responsibility of them. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we'll see what options we have. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered in the system.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order please message us within 24 hours of placing it. Due to the nature of our made to order products once production starts on your order we do NOT accept cancellations.
There are NO cancellations for pre-orders! 100% of the funds are used to pay the manufacturer. Please make sure you are 100% sure before
purchasing.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our made to order products we currently do NOT accept returns, make sure to select the correct size and design when placing your order. Reading a product description and size chart it’s very important when making online purchases.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damage product or we made an error with your order please message us with pictures within 3 days of delivery. We will replace damage products, however we cannot offer refunds.
Apparel Printing Technology
PRINTING TECHNOLOGY
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the fabric garment with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on fabric. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
There can be a slight muting of colors, speckles, degradation and imperfections in your garment as DTG printing gives a vintage look and feel to shirts. No refunds will be accepted for this.
ABOUT HEATHER FABRIC COLORS
Heather & Vintage Colors: heather refers to interwoven yarns of mixed colors producing flecks of an alternate color. It is typically used to mix multiple shades of grey or grey with another color to produce a muted shade (e.g., heather green), but any two colors can be mixed, including bright colors. Meaning any of our shirt colors that are described as HEATHER are in fact NOT solid colors but a mix of two or three color yarns. Our "Heather White" shirts are closer to light gray than they are to solid white. Colors with the word "Vintage" on them also refer to HEATHER fabrics. Meaning "Vintage Black" it's a mix of black and gray yarns and the final color it's a vintage black.
Apparel Wash & Care Instructions
WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We suggest following the care instructions below to learn how to take care of your apparel properly.
Your garment can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Your garment can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Product description agreement
Reading a product description and size it's very important when making online purchases. Customer/buyer is responsible for reading the full product description before buying. When you buy our products you agree to the products description, including design, size, materials, fabric weight and care instructions. The Purple Court will NOT replace items due to buyers remorse/lack of reading the description.
