CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your pre-order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

We currently do NOT accept returns. Please make sure to select the correct product when placing your order.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damage product or we made an error with your order please contact us with at least 3 photos where we can CLEARLY see the damage within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damage products, however we cannot offer refunds. In case we make an exception and accept an exchange the Customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipment costs NOT The Purple Court.
